Counselling

Counselling forms the very basis for any Therapeutic relationship between the Counsellor and the Client. The Counsellor listens actively to the Client in a safe and unbiased manner. This facilitates the Client to share and discuss feelings about their issues and conflicts in a safe zone where they become aware and acknowledge them. In any Counsellor- Client relationship, Trust and Confidentiality forms the very core on which the relationship is based.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is a very engaging and dynamic process between the Counsellor and Client where the client is guided towards active change through the use of various therapeutic approaches. Therapy is often confrontational in nature as it prods the Client to integrate various negative experiences in a healthy manner and moves the client towards goals that result in significant growth and change in the Client’s lives.

Gestalt Therapy

Gestalt Therapy is an experiential form of psychotherapy that emphasizes personal responsibility and focuses on the individual’s experience in the present moment. It encourages self-awareness and self-acceptance.

Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT)

REBT is a form of cognitive-behavioral therapy that helps individuals identify and change irrational beliefs that lead to emotional and behavioral issues. It focuses on altering negative thinking patterns to improve emotional well-being.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)

NLP is a psychological approach that involves analyzing and changing how individuals think, feel, and behave. It is based on the connection between neurological processes, language, and behavioral patterns.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

EFT, also known as tapping, is a form of psychological acupressure that involves tapping on specific points on the body while focusing on a specific issue. It aims to balance the body’s energy system and reduce negative emotions.
